Your First Visit- Fairfax, VA

On your first visit to our office in Fairfax, VA, Dr. Withers will perform a dental examination and take any necessary radiographs to arrive at an accurate diagnosis. Treatment recommendations will be made at that time along with a review of all treatment options and their benefits. We will review your medical history. A patient registration and health history form is available online under the forms section of this site. This form can be printed and completed before your visit if you wish to do so. Otherwise, it can be completed in our office. We will need a list of any medications you are taking and any radiographs that your dentist has taken. If time permits, we will contact your dentist and have these sent to our office in Fairfax, VA, prior to your appointment. Our patient coordinators will be able to assist you with scheduling to begin your treatment and answer any financial and insurance questions. If you are in pain, Dr. Withers will do whatever is necessary to alleviate your pain.
